1/ Do you need what details for quoting?
We need exact details of products, like sizes, quantity, stone color. If you don't know which exact stone you are needing now, we can suggest you the series stone material for your reference. If you have drawings, that is better and easier for exact quoting.
2/ What is delivery time?
For small order or 1 container quantity order, the delivery time is often 3-4 weeks.
If your order is very urgent, we can talk about the delivery time again and try to content your time.
3/ How to pay the order?
We often accept 30% deposit, and others balanced before shipping or once seeing B/L copy.
For small sample order, it is often paid 100% deposit in advance.
4) Can I have a free sample?
Yes, we can send you free stone small samples. Often our clients afford the express delivery cost.
The sample express delivery cost can be deducted in your bulk order.
5) Can I have DDP price?
We often quote you price by FOB China port. If you need DDP price, please send us your detail of address and contact.
We will inquire our forwarder about the DDP cost. When everything is okay, you can contact and pay our forwarder directly.
6) What is your price?
Our price is often FOB xiamen or China others port.
7) What is main stone material you supply?
We supply nature stone (granite, marble, quartzite, limestone, travertine, onxy......); artificial stone ( artificial marble, quartz, nano glass stone
ceralloy stone, cement terrazzo, cement artificial stone, porcelain and so on). We also supply the relation products to stone, like sink, ceramic bowl,
Cabinet, glass, door and so on.
8) What is your slab thickness?
We can supply you 18mm, 20mm and 30mm common thickness products for export. We also can supply you 15mm, 12mm, 10mm, 40mm or others
thickness you may need. Please tell us the exact thickness you need when starting quoting.
9) What is the MOQ?
We can accept big or small order according to your projects' needing.
For small order, it is often deliver by LCL shipping. There will be some extra FOB charge cost.
10) What is your products quality? How to promise the products quality?
If there is some product with quality problem when we get, how to deal with it?
We supply good quality products for export. Before products processing, we will contact with you about stone blocks, slabs or others.
You can know stone products progress in processing. Before products packing, we will inspect every piece stone product to ensure there is no problem when you get goods in your project site. We also will take pictures or videos for your confirming stone product quality.
When you unload down goods, please take pictures about goods, and ensure there isnot any damaged in packing when goods is in the sea shipping. If there is damaged packing, and it make product damaged, we can contact with Insurance to deal with it.
If there is no damaged in packing, and you find any stone quality problem, we will re-produce one products to you and you can get products in your next time shipping.
